Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about non-profit and charity printing in Vancouver, BC
Is there a minimum order for non-profit t-shirts or merch?+
No. Shirts for five volunteers or five hundred walk participants are quoted the same way. There is no minimum order on apparel, merch or print.
How long does a volunteer or event t-shirt order take?+
Standard production is 7 to 10 business days after proof approval. Rush service is available on request, so contact us as soon as your event date is set. Repeat orders go faster because your logo and designs are kept on file.
Screen printing or DTF for volunteer t-shirts - which should we choose?+
Screen printing is the most cost-effective choice for larger runs with one or a few colours. DTF printing is best for full-colour logos, detailed sponsor grids and small or one-off runs because there are no setup minimums.
Can you add sponsor logos to our event shirts and banners?+
Yes. Sponsor logos are commonly printed as a grid on the back of event t-shirts and on stage backdrops, pull-up banners and sponsor boards. Our in-house design team can lay them out and match colours across apparel and print.
Can you make fundraiser merch we sell to supporters?+
Yes. Non-profits order campaign t-shirts, hoodies, caps, toques, tote bags, mugs and keychains to sell online, at events or as donation thank-you gifts, all decorated in-house at our Vancouver shop.
What do you print for galas, charity walks and fundraising events?+
Banners, pull-up banners, stage backdrops, signs, posters, custom table cloths, flyers, brochures and business cards, plus volunteer shirts and hi-vis vests for marshals and route crews.
Can you put our logo on hi-vis vests for event marshals?+
Yes. Logos and words like Volunteer or Marshal are printed or embroidered on hi-vis vests and placed so the reflective striping stays clear and visible.
Can you engrave gifts for donors and volunteers?+
Yes. Laser engraving adds a permanent logo or message to tumblers, water bottles and keychains, popular for major-donor thank-yous, volunteer appreciation awards and years-of-service recognition.
We only have a low-resolution logo. Can you still print it?+
Usually, yes. Our in-house design team can clean up or vectorize an existing logo, and you approve a free digital mockup before anything is produced.
