The front panel limits logo size more than a t-shirt or hoodie does — most caps hold a design up to roughly 2.5" x 2.5" to 5" wide depending on the style and panel count. We'll tell you if your logo needs to be simplified or resized to stitch cleanly on the panel.

Structured caps hold their shape and give a flatter, more even surface for embroidery. Unstructured and low-profile caps have more give, which can slightly affect how crisp fine detail looks — we account for this when we digitize your logo for the specific style you order.
