Embroidery — Embroidery on the folding cuff is the way to go for knit. It stays crisp and lasts the whole winter.

DTF print — Not recommended on rib knit, since prints crack when the knit stretches. We'll suggest embroidery instead.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. The price per hat drops as your quantity goes up. Tell us how many you need in the quote form.

Can I mix colours in a bulk order?

Yes, mix any of the 6 colours in one order. Sizing: one size fits most youth.

How fast can you make 100+ hats?

Usually 3–7 business days after you approve the mockup. Have a deadline? Rush orders are available.

Can I add a logo on the side or back?

We embroider on the folding cuff, usually at the front. A second small logo on the side or back of the cuff is possible.

Do I need a vector file?

No. Send whatever you have and we'll clean it up for your mockup.

Do you ship?

Yes. Pick up at our Vancouver shop, or we ship worldwide.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If we made a mistake, we'll redo it at no cost to you.
