Decoration options

Laser engraving — The laser removes the powder coat to show the bright steel underneath. You get a permanent, single-tone logo that can't fade, peel or scratch off.

Not available — Sublimation needs a white sublimation coating, so it doesn't work on powder-coated steel. Full-colour logos aren't possible on this style.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. The price per tumbler drops as your quantity goes up. Tell us how many you need in the quote form.

Can I mix colours or designs in one order?

Yes. Mix any of the 10 colours, and use a different logo, name or photo on each tumbler in the same order.

How fast can you make 100+ tumblers?

Usually 3–7 business days after you approve the mockup. Have a deadline? Rush orders are available.

Where does the logo go, and how big can it be?

Up to about 2.5" wide x 3" high per side, on one side or both sides. Full wrap isn't offered because the tumbler tapers. The lid can't be engraved.

Will it fade in the dishwasher?

No. Engraving is cut into the powder coat, not printed on, so it can't fade or wash off. The maker recommends hand washing the tumbler to keep it looking new.

Do I need a vector file?

No. Send whatever you have and we'll clean it up for your mockup.

Do you ship?

Yes. Pick up at our Vancouver shop, or we ship worldwide.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If we made a mistake, we'll redo it at no cost to you.
