Sublimation — Full-colour printing on the white outside of the mug, fused into the coating so it won't peel or crack.

Note — Only the white outside can be printed. The coloured inside and handle stay as they are, and the handle area stays blank.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes. The price per mug drops as your quantity goes up. Tell us how many you need in the quote form.

Can I mix colours or designs in one order?

Yes. Mix any of the 9 colours, and use a different logo, name or photo on each mug in the same order.

How fast can you make 100+ mugs?

Usually 3–7 business days after you approve the mockup. Have a deadline? Rush orders are available.

Where does the logo go, and how big can it be?

Up to 6" x 3" on the white outside. Print one side, both sides, or a wrap. The handle area, the handle and the coloured inside can't be printed.

Will it fade in the dishwasher?

No. Sublimation is fused into the coating, and this mug is rated for 3,500+ dishwasher cycles. It's microwave safe too.

Do I need a vector file?

No. Send whatever you have and we'll clean it up for your mockup.

Do you ship?

Yes. Pick up at our Vancouver shop, or we ship worldwide.

What if something is wrong with my order?
